The location was favourable and perfect for Dunedin, next to casino, train station, restaurants, as well as the Otago Peninsula. In general the staff were affable and outstandingly accommodating. The room was new-fashioned and functional, thoroughly enjoyed the luxurious bathroom it had.

The rooms with a luxury bathroom and a private hot tub were functional. the location was good and unbeatable - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. - All the staff were super-friendly and solved our issues.

This place is conveniently located close to a nice pub and the main shopping area with plenty of good restaurants and city attractions nearby.

The unit that we stayed in was in brand new condition and very clean.

That we stayed 4 our wedding night and arrived back 2 our room 2 find a nice box of chocolates and a bottle of champagne.

We had a great time in our rooms thanks to the good facilities they offered.

Ideal location close to the city center, restaurants, shops, cafes, and attractions. Very friendly and accommodating staff. - Comfortable bed, luxurious bathroom, and room amenities.

To be honest, not alot.

Rooms too small, 2 bedroom family unit is nothing of the sort, very tiny and pokey, a nightmare if you have children. They also tried to charge me in excess of my booking. Would only suit individuals or couples but even then there are much better value options around with much more space.

Location was great. Close to downtown and an easy walk to attractions.

Some problems with the internet - very slow.

The staff here are great and always ready to help, the room is clean, cozy, and has a private balcony, TV, and a safe.
